For those who don’t have a motorcycle driving licence, Oto Cycles from Barcelona has developed a cool looking e-bike cafe racer. Inspired by the design of classic cafe racers they’ve built this unique e-bike called “RaceR”. Dapper and distinguished!

Specs:

  • Top speed: 25 km/h
  • Reach: 70km
  • Battery capacity: 36V 11Ah
  • Engine power: 250W & 32Nm torque (cool for a bike!)
  • 5 level LCD screen
  • Disc brakes
  • Brooks saddle
  • Weight: 27kg

If you want some more power, there is also a 500W version which has a top speed of 35km/h. They’ve also got a cool line of accessoiries like custom tires, battery-bags. tool bags etc. to personalize the bike.

With the RaceR and their other models OtoK and OtoR, also based on motorcyles, they have a straightforward plan to take over the world with their e-bikes. The expand rapidly in Europe and the bikes are also available in Asia and Australia.

Very cool but still: not a motorcycle ;)

The OTO Cafe Racer—-does the rear hub have a multiple gear selection ? Are there USA Dealers for this bike, and what is the price in USD for the Cafe Racer and the OTO R?
